This building was completed in September of 2007 and is located just east of I-15. It has a total of 35,305 square feet, which comprise of suites between 72 and 2,600 square feet. Executive suites in 1785 S. receive shared use of common conference room, common kitchen, utilities, and 5 day janitorial. Multiple suites include 5 day janitorial and utilities. To ensure accuracy, a calendar is placed outside the Conference Room so tenants can sign in for the specific time and date of their meeting.
